ClearPrep™ is a high-performance, elastomeric acrylic resin emulsion specifically designed to protect, seal, and waterproof roofing structures. With its advanced formulation, this liquid rubber sealant creates a seamless, flexible, and durable membrane that adheres to primed surfaces, extending the life of your roof while resisting the harshest environmental elements
- Professional application on primed roofing structures (residential, commercial, and industrial buildings)
- Flashings, gutters, valleys, and downspouts
- Securing roof fasteners such as screws, bolt and rivets
- HVAC systems and rooftop equipment bases
- Storage tanks, containers, and metal structures
- Used as first layer in liquid rubber
- Stir well before use.
- With brush or roller apply a generous coat of the area that needs protecting.
- Allow to dry 3-4 hours before recoating.
- With a Brush or roller apply a second generous coat.
- 2 Coats of Rubber Tech LRP TM Clear prep are used for best results.
- This product is ready for use un-thinned; thinning with water will reduce its properties/durability
- Clean tools immediately after use with clean tap water.
- Do not apply before 09:00 and after16:00 in the winter.

Although the spreading rate will vary with porosity and type of substrate, for uncoated new surfaces work on 4-6 square meters per litre for the first coat and 8=10 square meters per litre for subsequent coats and for when applied to sealed, previously painted substrates.
